Bistronomy experience at d3, Dubai

Molecule, a restaurant by famed chef Udo Moreau, opens its doors at Dubai Design District offering the crowded city’s restaurant scene a refreshing view towards fine dining.

Executive Chef Udo Moreau’s name is becoming a trademark itself after launching iconic Michelin star restaurants Joël Robuchon in Paris and London and working at eight other Michelin-starred restaurants. Bistronomy is at the core of the new location in Dubai, it provides unique dining experience focusing on seasonal products combined with regional flavours.

Dishes at Molecule are French, with a global influence. They include yellowfin tuna tartare (Dh53), carrot and goats cheese gazpacho (Dh34), Chilean sea bass with lemon and capers (Dh96), salmon with roasted sesame (Dh60), lamb rack with roasted sage (Dh64) and aubergine with labneh and pomegranate (Dh38). The likes of crème brulee (Dh30) and mille-feuille (Dh25) feature on the list of desserts.

Not incredibly fussy or fancy, but everything at the highest standard from a chef who places the value-for-money first.
